We tried these 2 new soup recipes and enjoyed them:

Chicken Vegetable Alfredo soup

1 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper, optional
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 14-oz can chicken broth
2 cups chopped, cooked chicken

1 16 oz jar of your favorite Alfredo sauce
Grated fresh parmesan cheese, optional

Combine broccoli, carrots, onion, pepper, garlic and broth in large sauce pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add chicken and Alfredo sauce and simmer 5 more minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve. This soup is delicious served in bread bowls.
