Yummy Pancakes

I've started making these pancakes a few times a week and I don't think I can go back to the "just add water" variety. I got the basic recipe online somewhere and tweaked it a bit.

1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 TBS vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Top with real maple syrup for best results!

I am also an advocate for homemade waffles/pancakes! The mix really just isn't the same.

try it with some kefir instead of milk, so light and fluffy! I was impressed~!
